Delivery and return

The prints are sent in a cardboard tube via Belgian post (BPost) to the address indicated with your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the country of delivery, EUR 30 for Europe and EUR 80 for the rest of the world. This price includes tracking and a warranty mailing option (reimbursement by BPost of the value of the contents of the package, maximum EUR 500). If applicable, customs fees are your responsibility. We are not held responsible for the loss of packages, all claims must be made to BPost with the tracking number.

If the print is defective, please send an email within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, with the description and a photo of the print for possible replacement.
